Hey,

I'm hoping to get a new Macbook in the coming week and I've been wondering just how well the iSight/microphone work. I've used the books at the store but I didn't think to play with the cameras. I've searched for sample videos taken with the iSight and the internal microphone but haven't found anything.

That being said, Is anyone in a good enough mood to provide me, and perhaps anyone else interested, with some sample photos snapped and maybe even a sample video? I'd really appreciate it.

i think that the iSight works pretty nicely

They work quite well. :) I have used an external iSight and I might just be biased, but I thought that the video was better with that when compared to my MB's built-in... But still. The picture quality is all right and the built-in mic is definitely ok for casual chatting (which is all I do anyway).

As for sample video or pics? Sorry, that I'd have to charge for. ;)
 
yeh the isight works perfectly....its not as clear as a nice digital camera but it very clear and the microphone is also very awesome. Its an apple product so it's good!!
 
i havent' even had a chance to use the mic because everybody i know uses MSN and it doesnt' support audio or video right now :(
