Dear All.
I'm very new to the Mac world but an experienced user on other platforms. I have encountered a problem on a mini-Mac with a Airport Express unit. The situation is this:
The mini-Mac has a somewhat odd software installed which mixes different channels of sound - it's called Oscillosound I think. When this sound comes out on the mini-jack or built-in speaker, it sounds great. The AirFoil applikation uses this Oscillosound as a source, i think, and transmits it to the Airport Express unit. The sound coming out of the Airport Express seems shoppy, but I don't believe it is. I think AirFoil only transmits one of the channels from Oscillosound at a time which makes it seem like the sound is shopped up. I have tried to make the AirFoil use "System sound" as a source, but then the Airport Express goes silent. Isn't "System sound" the same as that coming out of the mini-jack or built-in speaker? Any tips appreciated.
Regards
