My MacBook's battery has bulged so bad that the battery cover wont fit in correctly. Should I replace it? My MacBook is definitely out of warranty.

A bulging battery cannot be good! If you want to carrying on using the laptop, I would definitely buy yourself a new battery.

EDIT: If you want more info, here's another thread. In this case, the OP took the laptop into the Apple Store, and was given a new battery despite the laptop being out of warranty

Ive heard of people having their battery replaced by Apple because of bulging, its a fault with the battery itself. Quite common i read.
