I have over 1k of them (some imported from other browsers, some of them (almost 400) added from Safari itself..... but to meritum:: I want to be able to select many bookmarks at once (Command+click) and delete it from context menu.

When I open context menu (having previously selected bookmarks to delete) and click delete, only highlighted bookmark gets deleted. How to delete all highlighted bookmarks at once?

Option-Command-B takes you to the bookmarks management interface, where you can highlight multiple bookmarks and delete them en masse. Or, from the Safari Bookmarks menu, select "Edit Bookmarks", same thing.

Make a new bookmark folder. Drag all of the desired bookmarks into it. Then delete the folder.
