No... it means 60-70% are desktop variants while 20-30% are Mobile variants.

They can launch at the same time.

It does mean the Pros will get upgraded before the Airs, but that was to be expected. The 13" Pro may be the only one delayed, unless it miraculously sources a slower or ULV Quad Core Ivy bridge.

Whatever mobile CPUs they DO get will go to MBPs, without a doubt, but it sounds like an iMac refresh about to pop. Starting with the late 2009 refresh, iMacs have used desktop CPUs, and that's what just shipped. (They still use mobile GPUs grumble grumble and so on)
