After preordering a 13 Pro case from Bullstrap with an estimated ship date of November 1st, I have gotten no updates on when it is expected to ship.

I have sent multiple emails to their customer support address and gotten no response. I’ve left a voicemail on their customer support line and I’ve sent a message on Instagram. It’s like they’ve completely ghosted me. I found multiple comments on their Instagram posts with similar complaints.

I’m thinking about just requesting a chargeback on my credit card. Is anybody else in the same boat as me?
 
From what I've seen they've started to ship out their 13 cases. It's not ideal that they've not been responsive but at the same time you've gotta consider how many emails they're probably having to deal with due to missing their projected shipping dates.

If you have the money, I'd recommend purchasing an Andar leather case as those are shipping immediately. Once you do receive your Bullstrap, compare the two and send the Bullstrap back if you're happy with the Andar. Mine is out for delivery so I can't personally vouch for the quality but from what I've seen here everybody has been very happy with them.

Don't give up, I was in exactly the same boat as you and mine finally arrived on Saturday. No notification that it had shipped. Hopefully yours arrives in the next couple of days. It's worth waiting!

The Andar cases look really nice. Right now they only have black in stock so I’ll wait for the tan to re-stock.

That gives me some hope! What date did you place your order?
 
Mine came in today too. It's nice. They were responsive to me when I emailed last week to check on shipping status.
 
I came here to see if I was the only one. I ordered in September and still nothing. Told I was in the first wave with 11/1 ship date. Nothing. Now the say I'm in wave 2, which was supposed to ship 11/30 but the can't find my order. Just complete lack of transparency.
 
I finally got an email response after over a week of trying to contact them. They offered me a pathetic $7 off my order for the inconvenience. I haven’t cancelled yet but if I don’t get a shipping notification by the end of the weekend, I’m going to request a credit card chargeback.

Their Instagram comments are full of customer complaints. How can a company like this even stay in business?

FWIW, I ordered about 5 days prior to 11/30.
I believe it may have been over the Thanksgiving weekend. I received the ocean for my 13PM yesterday.

WOW... Thats what I ordered in September. Just crazy.

Still no case. Now they are indicating I am in Wave 3 with no ETA. Just crazy.
On Dec 10th I was promised all orders would ship within the next 2 weeks. After hearing nothing, I emailed requesting to cancel my order on Friday. If they don’t refund me in the next couple of days, I’m going to request a chargeback on my credit card.
