After preordering a 13 Pro case from Bullstrap with an estimated ship date of November 1st, I have gotten no updates on when it is expected to ship.
I have sent multiple emails to their customer support address and gotten no response. I’ve left a voicemail on their customer support line and I’ve sent a message on Instagram. It’s like they’ve completely ghosted me. I found multiple comments on their Instagram posts with similar complaints.
I’m thinking about just requesting a chargeback on my credit card. Is anybody else in the same boat as me?
