I bought a 2g touch in September and I dropped it today. When I picked it up the screen was white (couldn't see anything but a white screen) thought you could still hear the ipod's sounds when I randomly touched the screen where I knew buttons were located. Then I reset it and now the screen doesn't even light up. I plugged it into the computer and my mac sees it but didn't change anything with respect the screen/sounds not working. The thing looks new still, it doesn't look like I dropped it. No dents, cracks, nothing. The problem is I live in Beijing and I bought it at a Best Buy in New York so I am not sure what to do. Any ideas???

Thanks

Seems like you've got a couple of problems. The first thing you should do is call apple, as you've got a year-long warranty. See what they can do for you, and be nice. If that doesn't work, call best buy.
