Bumper sent from apple 25 july, not here yet :/

Hi, my bumper was shipped from apple 25/7 now almost 1 month later they still haven't delivered it, how do I contact apple besides calling? (I live in another country and don't want to pay for the call).

what does/did your tracking info say...you shoulda been able to track it right to your door and see who even signed for it

they didn't send it via UPS or whatever?

I dunno how stuff works over there but here (canada) it came UPS and I tracked it from apple to my house and saw my wife sign for it.

For the iphone yes but I guess G3 is cheaper and for a case apple don't really care hehe.

While waiting for my bumper I did realise the flat information was missing from my account details when I entered them into iTunes.

Now it seems like the bumper has gone missing and there is no info about "G3 WORLDWIDE NETHERLANDS BV".

Does anyone know a UK number I can call them or their website to track my order? Thanks.
