Burn folder verify option-OS X 10.5.2

How do I turn off the default burn verify option in OS X. I know toast and and others apps can do it, but it is bizarre that you have to verify (though you can just click cancel).

I know this exists but does it work?:
defaults write com.apple.DiscRecording DRBurnVerifyDiscKey -bool NO

I've also found this solution but can not find this screen:

This is on my MBP Santa Rosa
