I have a bunch of M4a files I would like to burn to cd's that will play on any CD player. I have no idea how to do this.

I take it you're trying to do it in iTunes. Open the Preferences and select the Advanced tab, then make sure the burning option is set to Audio CD. It's then just a case of creating a playlist, dragging the files into it, putting them in order, and clicking the Burn Disc button.

I Got it. Thanks Guys.
