I am attempting to burn audio books to CD. I have burned 7 and it kicked out the last one and said try again. It says to insert new disc, and then seems to be frozen. any ideas?

what machine, what burner, what media, what version of itunes, how much ram? Are you doing seven different audio books, did one audio book take seven disks, or is this the 7th copy of the book? I had a superdrive that would heat up and burn coasters until it had a chance to cool.

well you said it's an audio book, audio cds can only hold 80 minutes of audio... if what you are burning takes more than that it will make multiple disks and burn the other portion on the other disk(s)... the message to insert a new disk could be for that but i don't work with audiobooks so i can't be certain ;)
