Burning CD to Appear as 2.

So my question is: Is it possible for me in Toast to burn a CD so that when its inserted into a Mac, only the Mac CD shows up and when its inserted into a PC only the PC CD shows up. I know I've seen software that does this, is it possible in Toast?
