I recently got some dual layer single sided dvd's. even though it says in my system profiler that it can burn +R DL discs, when i insert (after it asks for it) it will say preparing data and then get to 100% spin around for a while and then saying you have encountered an error saying "Burning Disk Failed because communication to the disc drive failed. (Error code 0x80020022)" and ejects the disc.

Any ideas of what to do?
 
i think the problem may be that i need to split the dvd in half or something like that, even though it is a single sided discs. can anybody recomend a program to do this?
