Burning internal power connectors

G4 quicksilver with an agp ati radeon 9800 pro.

I have now burned two internal power cords. It is at the connector, 4 pin connector. Just the red line burns out. It will run fine for days... I have even been currently running it with the computer open to keep an eye on it. Does anyone know what may becausing this?

Any help or input would be much appreciated

Have you added any new hardware inside the G4?

Yah. I have added a new hard drive and a Sonnet Tempo Trio PCI card.
