Burning .mdf with Popcorn or converting to .iso?

Hi.
I have a 7.7 GB .mdf-file which i want to burn to a single DVD. I use Roxio Popcorn for compressing and burning but unfortunately it doesnt handle .mdf.

Is there any way around this? Maybe converting mdf to is or something.
Im getting pritti tired of installing hideos amounts of extra software :p
