Hi,

I was wondering about the restrictions on copying stuff bought from I-tunes. I have bought lots of songs from i-tunes before and burnt them onto a CD to use in the Car. I know Apple have set limits on music copying of around 7 times I think? But what about movies or TV shows? I recently bought a movie (There will be blood- its good!) and want to know if I would be able to burn it onto a DVD disc? If this is possible what software would I need to use?

Thanks very much.

iTunes does not allow movies to be burned for viewing. However, it should allow you to creat a "data" disk, just for backup.

ok,

so what does a 'data disk' exactly allow me to do. im guessing it cant e played on a dvd player or other computer?

Like I said, it's for backup mostly. You can play the videos in iTunes on another one of your 5 authorized computers though

If you're interested in burning movies and such to DVD, I would cut out Apple/iTunes altogether. They aren't usually friendly towards it
