Burning slideshow on a DVD '08

I prepared a slideshow in iphoto, sent it to iDVD and was able to burn couple desks. There was a slight shift in few photos (distorted) while playing on my DVD player. I deleted the slideshow in iDVD, readjust in iphoto and resend again to IDVD. The slideshow plays well in iphoto and could not play it in iDVD it quits the iDVD program when I attempt to review in iDVD and I can't burn the DVD. I opened a new project and resent the slideshow to iDVD I could not play it in iDVD, it quits the program as soon as I click on the button to review. What should I do?
