Burning .toast files in disc utility

A while ago, one of my friends did me a favor and backed up all of my CDs and DVDs onto my external hard drive. The problem is that he did this on his mac in Toast Titanium and then gave me the toast images. I really don't want to go out and spend the money on toast just to do this, so is it possible to burn .toast files in the OS X (10.5) disc utility?

It was possible in 10.4's Disk Utility, I don't see why it wouldn't be in 10.5's.
