I've burnt a DVD in toast which I can watch on my DVD player but when I put it back in my powermac it automatically opens toast as if it is a blank DVD.
Could this be because it is a DVD+R?

which powermac do you have, and which type of superdrive is in it?

it's a 2.3 dual core powermac. i thought the superdrive was DVD-+R? it burns them but will not play them back.
