Hi

My friend has had a problem with his hard drive, there is a problem saying 'Bus era 10', what should we do? I think it means a new HDD is needed, but i am not sure, any advice would be useful

Thanks Will

Try fixing permissions, from what I quickly googled people get these if there's some permission problems on the disk

To fix permissions run the disk utility which can be found Applications>Utilities>Disk Utility.

along with fixing permissions you can scan the drive for any other problems with disk utility.

When I googled, I didn't get any real hits for "Bus era 10" so I searched for "Bus error 10"
