Business Acct Details for Pre-Ordering?

Tried searching but couldn't find.

Going to order I4S for Parents using their VZW business acct. They're eligible for a $50 discount upgrade. What details should I have ready (e.g. they don't have a SS number associated w/ the acct but a business company number)? Will they be able to pre-order right off of Apple or be restricted to VZW?
