Business Card Scanners: Address book to Entourage

Back in the windows days, I used CardScan to scan my business cards and import them to Outlook.

Now, it seems that all the business card scanners out there that support Mac only export to Mac Address Book. Does anyone know a way to import Address Book items directly into Entourage?

Is there an intermediate step to go from Mac Contacts to Entourage without keeping and Address Book full of contacts as well as Entourage/Exchange files? BTW, I sync to an exchange server.

Does Address Book even sync with Entourage?

Please, no suggestions just to use Address Book.

I am looking at CardScan, WorldCard and Iris
