Busted jawbone ear hook

My jawbone's earhook just snapped off...any tips to get the broken piece out so I can replace it?

it came with extra earhooks, that's not the issue. How do I get the broken off piece out of the unit itself?

I had to use a needle or small pin to push it out through the other side. It's kind of annoying how easily these things break. I have the new jawbone and have already had 2 ear hooks break on me. I am now down to my last 2. I think you can order some extras on their website as well.
