I have a jailbroken iPhone 3GS. The logic board recently died. It will not power up in any way whatsoever under every circumstance (plugged in to wall, computer, etc.)

If I hadn't jailbroken it, it would still be under warranty. Is there any way I can essentially lie to Apple and get them to replace it under warranty?

Time is of the essence. I miss my phone. Any help would be appreciated.
