In the last 24-48 hours I have found that both my iPhone and my Mac-based BusySync app keep popping up a password entry box for connecting to Google Calendar, even though the password is correct (I can log into Google Calendar manually through their webpage fine).
I am using the latest BusySync 2.2.3 on OSX 10.6.2, iPhone is at 3.1.2. None of those versions has changed in the last few days, so it's not like an update locally has broken anything. I have followed BusySync FAQ advice and reset the sync history, but this has no effect on the issue.
I have also reset the Google Calendar password, but this doesn't seem to have made any difference, and as it's an issue on both the Mac and the iPhone, it would appear that Google Calendar is the common issue. Has Google changed something in the last day or two which has broken the usual method of connection or receipt that the sync apps use to send a password?
