I know some of you are having this issue, it is now doing this on my 2012 Mac Mini (reverting back to National Geographic screen saver out of the blue when I have a custom one set) and also on my 2008 iMac.

Has there been any fix found for this yet, besides the "Open the preference pane, fix it and minimize the window so it's always open in your dock" preference?
