I got the keyboard on my MacBook Pro serviced at an Apple Store. A month or so later, I got an issue with a shallow delete key because of dust underneath it. After pressing it a couple of times, the dust presumably rolled away and the key started working as expected. I did take a video of it when it broken for evidence. I believe I have stored the laptop in dust free environments since the service. Does anyone know how well the service program gets rid of the dust inside the computer? Because who knows when this will happen again.
