Button sleep/wake iPhone 6 plus

I've a been watching that sometimes the sleep/wake button of my IPhone 6 plus does not respond. It happens very rarely. I then try to touch in all parts of the button (right, Center, left) and it works perfectly.
It usually happens when I unlock and lock quickly and want to unlock.
It does not seem to be hardware...
Someone more happens?

sometimes my home button fails to wake the phone. Others have reported it too. I don't think it's hardware because I've had 2 iPhone 6 copies now and both exhibited the same behavior as did my dad's iPhone 6.

Sleep/wake... I guess I just don't use that one to wake the phone enough.
