buy a used mac mini 2011 model or wait for 2012 mac mini?

i can get a 2011 mac mini the base model for $350

or should i wait for the 2012 mac mini?

how big of a difference is usb 3 & ivy bridge

i wont be doing any heavy stuff like editing video or gaming

Personally, I wouldn't even consider trying to figure out something like this when Apple is on the cusp of making some sort of product announcement on Wednesday the 12th.

Well that $350 mac mini sold quick

I see another on Craigslist for $475 , the 2011 base model
2 months old & 16gb of ram

Would it be a good deal to trade my iPad 3 16gb wifi for the mini?
