It's cheap, but here's the catch. According to the buyer, it does not turn on, no chime, nothing. He's had it looked at by a computer shop and was told the logic board needs to be replaced.

1) I've checked eBay and there are no 1.25GHz boards listed. Any other online vendors that would sell these?

2) How hard is it to replace? I've never taken one of these apart.

Oh, and to answer your questions:)p), I'd imagine that you could pick up a logic board from a used mac vendor, or just keep checking ebay. As for opening it up, I'd put it on par with opening a mac mini. Not the easiest job in the world, and one that needs care to do, but not as awkward as the new iMac, IMO.
