Buy base MacBook Pro 13 non touch bar now or wait?

Im thinking about purchasing a brand new MacBook Pro 13 non touch bar version with:

i5 2.3ghz
128gb ssd
8gb ram

its on sale $200 off right now. Do you think there will be a refresh soon? I'd love to have an updated processor, bluetooth 5, True Tone display and the newer keyboard which I don't mind paying more for.

I don't know if we'll see a non-TB update, but apple is rumored to be rolling out a newer low cost 13" laptop, maybe its going to be under the MBA moniker, maybe the MacBook, or maybe a new name, who knows but there are rumors and so I recommend wait and see

Very strong chances of new machines coming really soon — which will probably replace the non-touchbar MBP for all intends and purposes.
