Buy Bumper Now - Refund Later?

If I go ahead and place an order for a bumper right now is there any official word on if orders placed now will or won't be available for the refund?

Basically, is it only bumpers ordered until now or if I buy one right now will I still get it for free.

As it is now showing as Not Available in the UK store this thread is now not required.

Apple just answered my question themselves!
