I m not sure may be wrong, is it possible to buy duty free IP4 in Canada.

If purchased in airport, I think it will be duty free!

Definitely they have authorized reseller store in airport.
As, I travel a lot. That's y I want an IP4 without contract & unlock set.

Unlocked iPhone 4's can only be purchased from the Apple store, not from authorized resellers. And there is no Apple store at airports.
