I'm thinking of buying my parents an eMac. So far it looks like the best option is MacMall. They offer a free printer and free RAM. (The printer is offered "free" via a mail-in rebate). And a bunch of software discounts (again, via a mail-in).

Anywho, just wondering if this is a smart move? Anyone had any good / bad experiences with them?

I have had no problems.

I have always had good luck with MacMall, I have bought a computer and accessories items from them. So no worries...

you shouldnt have any problems ive used them before, but i must say this its allways better to be able to walk into a store see it use it and even have them pull it out of the box and fire it up, i allways wonder how many times they get dropped, kicked and knocked around in UPS and Fedx. Find a local retailer or Apple store.
