Buy from MacMall ?

Is MacMall a trustable and reliable reseller ?
It seems they don't charge sales tax for my state and shipping is free.

Also anyone know why MacMall makes you call and talk to a sales rep instead of letting you order online ?

Yes, it is reputable.

I purchased my current MBP from them several years ago.
On the plus side, they include optional "stuff" that you would not necessarily get if you buy from Apple.
On the negative side, they rely heavily on manufacturer rebates for those extras and I can tell you they are a royal pain in the butt filing and tracking all of them. MacMall is of no help when having issues with any rebates.

Probably have to call to listen to the hard sell on accessories you don't need.
