Buy the iPhone 6s if you want the best and want a new phone this month.

If you want the larger size, I would preorder the 6S. If you are satisfied with the 5S and the battery is holding up, wait for the 7. If I had a 5S, I wouldn't step up only to the 6 with the 6S about to launch.

I'd lean 6s now esp while the 5s has better resale value.
