buy iphone in germany & use in USA?

can the iphone be bought in germany and shipped to usa and be used on tmobile,without any hacking unlocking etc???
 
well try the frech iphones they have them unlocked there by apple so its all legal but people have been reporting its to only work on french sim cards and nothing else but who knows :D
