Is it still possible to buy an Iphone 4 in a Apple store (or other stores?) without signing a contract? If then, where, and how much does it cost? (16GB's whats interesting).

Btw, is it still low stock on the Iphones everywhere? If so, is it possible somewhere to see what stores got em in stock etc?

In the USA, no. You're graced by Apple's lovely relationship with AT&T.

i bought the 4 yesterday at an apple store and the guy in front of me in line almost got kicked out. security and the manager said he bought 2 iphones earlier that day and he was only going to get 2 more.

the price is 599$ for the 16G model.
I think you should go to an Apple Store put your name on the damn priority list and wait about a week until they tell you your iphone is ready for pick up.
