I want to buy a MacBook Air for pickup at the store on Lincoln Road in Miami. The fact is that the keyboard that I want is Spanish language and that makes it more delay my order and should send the MacBook Air to the store so I can pick it up then. But when testing from the Apple Store Online is not clear how much it take for my order to get to the store.

Anyone know how I can get delayed order? I'll only be two nights in Miami and I do not want to risk ...
The other possibility that I have to order more in advance and send it to the hotel where I'm staying, but does not give me great confidence. What if the order arrives before I stay at the hotel ...

Someone can help me?

Just order it and it will take some 4 business days approx. Call the store. Use the Live Chat at the apple website to confirm.
When are you traveling there?

I can't use chat, i'm outside from US.

Don't cut it too close. *&$%^( happens.

too risky you say? Maybe if I order well in advance and adequate notice to the hotel where I'll be staying...

Order online and have it shipped to the store they will keep it there until you arrive to pick it up.
Call the store anytime.

Also the CC people might have a problem with you ordering a computer to be picked up out of country - to them this sounds like a stolen CC.

There's a limit to how long the apple store will hold a computer for you? Need to call the store and discuss the issue with them.

You might still get charged customs tax when you return home.

Could still have last minute problems and your laptop could be delayed. And what if they mistakenly send a U.S. keyboard? you are in trouble.

Finally I will send the MacBook Air to a friend and then he will send me.
So I avoid any shock or inconvenient.

Thanks for your help guys!
