Buy new instead of refurb 24" imac to get 7600GT?

Refurb 24" imac - $1699
New 24" imac with 7600GT upgrade - $2175

Is it worth over $475 just to get 7600GT? I'm thinking no since I only occasionally play CS:Source and other fps.

Has anyone bought a refurbished 24" imac with the 7600GT in it?

I was in the same boat and thought "what the heck" and bought a new one built to my spec with the better graphics card.

If you get the refurb you'll only wish you had the better graphics card. If you can afford it get the machine to your requirements.

Mine was dispatched today and should arrive next week from China
