do you think the apple iPad air will go on sale for black fri? Either apple iPad air or air 2
 
Buy now, use a Discover card, save 5% and then price match within 90 days. Profit. :)
 
Had an order in with Best Buy but after their annoying antics today I canceled. Will wait till Black Friday for the inevitable discounts.
 
There will be Black Friday sale for sure, but assuming the exact same amount of discount as the last year isn't realistic. It all depends on their stock and the economy. If there are plenty of iPads to found, probably. If there is any sign of shortage, good luck with you.
 
This is what I will be doing. Expect to see things like Best Buy throwing in a store card worth maybe $50 or $100. Might see discounts of $20 or $30 on the base model. Stuff like this, not much more, because it is so new and all.
 
Discount for base models only in the past

Don't forget the discount on Black Friday have normally been for base models only...except for the Target discount last year if memory serves me.

I bought iPad 4 during the holiday return period weeks before Black Friday. Then I called Apple to get a price match on the Black Friday price on Black Friday.

Discover has the 90 day price match guarantee
 
If you live in the US now! Go to the post office ask for a change of address form with the coupon book it has a 10% off coupon for best buy. And they are also allowing you to trade in your old iPads and giving you really great prices. I was told I can get up to 225 for my 32gb iPad 2 3G
 
There was the leak from Sam club black Friday $100 discount on the original AIR not AIR 2.
