I currently have a 2011 13" MB Air ultimate configuration. It has worked great for 3 years, but now I am doing more graphic/video processing for work and am in need of more computing power. I'm considering selling my Air and buying a refurbed 13" rMBP 8GB (I'm in grad school, so price is an issue).

Are we too close to a MBP refresh, or would this be a good move right now?

Thanks

It probably won't be until the Broadwell refresh which Intel says will be around the holidays.

i think the updated will come in the fall if not next year, you're safe to go.

Thanks everyone, looks like I'll move ahead with the 13" rMBP today
