If it sounds to good to be true...
How could they possibly be selling MS Office that cheap? Even discount retailers such as Amazon don't come close. Then the page is loaded up with names of other companies and no working links. I doubt retailers even get copies of office for that cheap.

Smells like a scam, as the site was just created a month ago. These scammers register a site, rip people off, then disappear and register a new site and do it all over again:
