Ok . this is almost the most common question but i still dont gettit.
i ahve told my relative to brig an AT&t's iphone 3gs . forr 99$
so will it work here and where can it be unlocked in delhi?

It's only $99 when you sign up to a 2 year contract with AT&T.

The $99 is if you have a 2 year contract, and the ETF will probably make it cost around $600, or whatever the unsubsidized price is. Also, it will be locked to ATT and I don't think that an unlock has been released for the current baseband, so it won't work until one comes out which could be a little while.
