Buying 6s+ and 6S with upgrade program. Return one?

Has anyone done this. My sister wants to get both the 6S+ and 6S, then decide which one is better and return the other both on upgrade program.

Has anyone else done this?

We know it will run the credit once but will it run it twice for the second phone? Apple doesn't know lol.
 
The next one will be a soft credit as it will be done within 30 days of the purchase. I have bought and returned 6s plus.
