I'm considering buying a 15" 2015 MBP with the following specs:

-2,2 GHz i7
-16 GB RAM
-256 GB SSD

The computer itself looks nice - no scratches and no external damage. The battery however, has 800 cycles to it.

The guy is requesting $800. Yay or nay?

Not sure about pristine - after all, it has been used.. I just quickly glanced at it and it looks fine, didn't notice anything odd

Can you switch out the keyboards on those machines? I need a Swedish keyboard - maybe not have B&H / NewEgg do it themselves, but can an Apple-authorized service do this, or is there something in these machines restricting this type of service?

I'm sure it can be done, they replace the entire top case. Best to get on Apple website and support chat and they can tell you for sure and a cost.

keyboard for MacBook Pro 15 2015 is cheap, you can buy keyboard on eBay or Amazon and replace few keys at home, it's not difficult, why to pay few times more from Apple

I'd try to find a keyboard cover with the Swedish keys printed on them that fits over a US Keyboard. The issue is the physical keys such as Return are different sizes in a US vs. Euro keyboard. Another alternative its stickers. either is likely cheaper then replacing the whole upper case and I doubt Apple would do it, or an Apple authorized repair provider. They'd need to get a Euro spec top and replace it. The one guy I'd reach out to is Rossman Repair in NYC.
