Buying a case

I am interested in purchasing a bag for my macbook. I already got a free carrying bag with my purchase, but I prefer not to carry around a separate bag for my laptop. It feels like "hey, i have a laptop; come jack me." So I want to buy a slip/cover that will prevent from scratches and keep it protected from minor hits/drops inside my backpack.

Do you guys ahve any good suggestions?

I bought an "INCASE" zip up sleeve for my 15" MBP and its really nice. A thin foam that zips secure and fits fine in my backpack. My backpack has gone from Hawaii to MD to Japan and back to MD so far thru airports, aircraft with some tight overhead bins without a problem. I think I paid around 20 or 25 at the Apple Store. Came in Black or Lime Green. I got the black. Plus I think its secure enough that I just carry the laptop in the sleeve in the building I work rather than carry that and the backpack.
