Buying a Mac Mini as a Home Theatre PC

I'm thinking of purchasing a Mac Mini to use as my HTPC.

However, there seems to be a lot of rumours about a refresh for Apple computers. Will this likely include the Mini, or do they usually leave it out for these?

I'm not going to buy the new ones, but if the refurb ones I had my eyes on go down, great.

the mini might get HDMI sometime but it will likely be the only thing they update.... the odds they update the specs of the mini anytime soon are slim. get one now if you want one.

Hopefully Apple was just waiting for the new Xeon's for a full line refresh.

The Mini's should have a Core i3 Dual Core for the low end and Core i5 Dual Core on the high end. But given that Mini refreshes are so few and far between I wouldn't hold my breath.
