Buying a Macbook Pro 13 with custom software installed

Will the box outside say these software are pre installed in the system? Also, when I re install the operating system, will these software be gone forever? I plan on reselling it after a while with these software installed. This is custom built by Apple on Apple's website btw.

Not sure if it comes pre-installed, but it will comes with the DVD's needed to reinstall it when you reformat.

It comes preinstalled with the DVDs required for reinstallation on the box.
