If you buy a Macbook Pro with OSX 10.5 installed from a third party seller like Amazon are you still entitled to the cheap Snow Leopard update where you only pay P&P?

The $29 upgrade applies if your laptop already has 10.5 Leopard on it.

To qualify for the $9.99 version, your laptop has to be bought after June 7 09, and you have to provide a serial number to verify that it is eligible for the Up-to-date program.

Thanks for the heads up!
I ordered a MacBook Pro through my work, they order it through CDW.COM, just filled out the info and my purchase qualifies for the $9.99 upgrade.
